Welcome to my 28-day cycle-synced fitness program, where every phase of your menstrual cycle is nurtured to optimize your fitness and hormone health! Week 1: Menstrual Phase – Embrace Restorative Movement
During this phase, you will focus on functional range mobility exercises to gently ease into the week, as well as embracing low-impact strength training to support your body’s natural rhythm.
Week 2: Follicular Phase – Build Strength and Power
As estrogen levels rise, you will capitalize on increased energy levels with dynamic strength workouts. I’ve incorporated compound movements, unique accessory exercises and plyometrics to enhance both strength and power, setting the tone for the rest of your cycle.
Week 3: Ovulatory Phase – Maximize Endurance and Conditioning
You will leverage the peak of your hormonal surge and push your limits with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardiovascular conditioning. Heavier strength training in circuit workouts and cardio sessions will elevate your endurance and stamina.
Week 4: Luteal Phase – Stability and Recovery
As progesterone levels rise, you will prioritize stability exercises to support joint health and prevent injury. I’ve incorporated plenty of MFR (myofacial release) and gentle stretches to promote recovery and prepare your body for the upcoming menstrual phase.

A: No worries! I’ve designed this program to be adaptable. I provide guidance on how to adjust your workouts based on your cycle patterns or personal preferences, ensuring you still benefit from the program.
Q: Will this program help with menstrual symptoms?
A: Absolutely! By syncing your workouts with your cycle, you can alleviate symptoms like cramps, fatigue, and mood swings. Gentle exercises during menstruation and high-intensity workouts during ovulation make a big difference.

Q: How long are the workouts?
A: Workouts vary in length depending on the phase of your cycle and the intensity of the exercises. On average, expect sessions to be anywhere from 20-60 minutes, with options to extend or shorten based on your schedule and energy levels.
Q: Can I still do this program with injuries?
A: I always recommend you consult a PT for any chronic pain / injury that isn’t going away after shifting diet and lifestyle choices. I do also provide customized corrective exercise programs for those with preexisting concerns that still want to train. I offer this both in person and online.
